Pursuant to art. 13 of the d. lgs. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”), this information describes the ways in which HLB Albania Sh.p.k processes the personal data of users in relation to the use of the talis.al site (the “Site”).

The owner of the processing of personal data relating to the Site is HLB Albania based in Rruga Mihal Popi, Vila Nr8, Tirana Albania
Categories, nature and purpose of the data processed
HLB Albania will process some personal data of users who interact with the web services of the Site.
These are navigation data that the computer systems automatically acquire during the use of the Site, such as the IP address, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, as well as the details of the requests sent to the Site server, and that make navigation possible. The navigation data may also be used to compile anonymous statistics that allow us to understand the use of the Site and to improve its structure.
Finally, the navigation data may possibly be used to ascertain illegal activities, as in cases of computer crimes, to the detriment of the Site.
Data provided by the user
Any sending of communications to the contacts indicated on the Site involves the acquisition of the e-mail address and any additional personal data contained in the communication.
Optional nature of providing data

Rights of the interested party
We inform you that the Privacy Code grants interested parties the exercise of specific rights.
In particular, at any time, the interested party can obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) the indication of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of processing as well as of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
c) an indication of the identification details of the owner and managers as well as of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them;
d) the updating, rectification, integration of data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for the which data was collected or subsequently processed;
e) the attestation that the operations referred to in letter d) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, as well as the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications for carrying out market research.
